Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every video you upload on this page. By ticking the box on the upload step and uploading, you accept them. The page is run by SuperLive LLC (“we”).

Who can upload

You must be at least 18 years old and upload only videos you made yourself.

Your video

You confirm that you own all rights to the video, that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights, and that everyone who appears in it agreed to be filmed and to the uses below.

How we may use your video

When you upload, you allow SuperLive LLC to store, review, copy, edit and use the video worldwide, free of charge, including in the SuperLive and Salsa apps, on social media and in advertising.

Payment and transfer of rights

Our team decides whether a video is approved. Approved videos are paid up to $50 each; the amount is set by us. When we pay you for a video, you transfer to SuperLive LLC all rights in that video, including copyright, worldwide and permanently, and you will not claim any further payment for it.

Videos that are not approved

We do not pay for videos that are not approved. We may reject a video for any reason.

Changes

We may update these terms. Each upload is governed by the version shown when it was uploaded.

Language

If a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies.
